Statement

China ENFI Engineering Corporation (ENFI for short) is the first enterprise in China to master the development technology of lower-grade nickel laterite ore. ENFI has developed and surmounted a number of core technologies related to high pressure acid leaching (HPAL), effectively addressing issues relating to engineering technology interface and matching in the whole process of “Mining - Scrubbing - Slurry Transport - HPAL.” ENFI’s achievements have enabled Chinese laterite hydrometallurgical processes, equipment and technologies to occupy leading positions in the global industry. With these advancements, large-scale development of lower-grade laterite is made possible, and Chinese enterprises are endowed with better access to resource development opportunities. Moreover, fully considering the effective integration with basic material production down the new energy industry chain, ENFI has provided a viable route from resource development to battery material production, assuring robust material supply for the growth of the new energy industry.

Presently, only the following projects are licensed to use China ENFI’s patented technologies related to the production of MHP from laterite using the HPAL process:

RAMU Nickel and Cobalt Project in Papua New Guinea; OBI Nickel and Cobalt Project Phases I, II & III in Indonesia; PT Huayue Nickel Cobalt HPAL Project in Indonesia.

All other similar scenarios are not officially authorized.

We hope that our industry partners clearly identify patented technologies to avoid unnecessary damage. Please contact ENFI through official channels for patent authorization verification. In the meanwhile, ENFI reserves the right to pursue legal action for any unauthorized use of our patented technologies related to the production of MHP from laterite using the HPAL process.

We hereby declare!
