Construction area: 35,000 square meters

Completion time: 2009

There are three living areas - Madang base, mine and smelter. The living area in mine and smelter is about 27,000 square meters, including the office building, canteen, residential building and other subitems, in which the residential building covers an area of about 22,200 square meters (including five house types), and the remaining area is approximately 5000 square meters. Madang base covers an area of about 8000 square meters, including the Madang office building, Madang hotel, Madang canteen and other subitems. The Madang office building has three storeys, which adopts the three-dimensional composition principle for modeling, emphasizes the spatial organization and virtuality-reality relationship of building shape, and fully embodies the visual contrast between metal materials and glass curtain walls. The interior space is spacious and bright, creating a modern office environment, and the construction area is 3523 square meters. The graphic design of Madang canteen adopts the grid layout, which skillfully combines each different functional space in the 3.6 x 3.6 grid. The facade modeling fully considers the relationship with surrounding main buildings, and still uses the metal curved roof, glass curtain wall and other basic elements, forming unified and harmonious buildings with the surrounding environment, and the construction area is 726.9 square meters.
