It went into production on July 28, 2003 (including graded tailings filling system). The west orebody has went into production at the end of 2012 (including paste filling system).

The design capacity of the main ore body is 6,500 t/d. Medium-length hole sublevel open stoping with backfilling and upward horizontal cut-and-fill stoping method, shaft development and full-automatic hoisting system are adopted. 10m3 side-bottom dumping car independently designed by ENFI is used for level haulage. The design capacity of the west orebody is 3,000 t/d, point-pillar backfilling and upward horizontal cut-and-fill stoping method are used. Combined trackless ramp and central auxiliary shaft development is used.

The design capacity of the concentrator is 6,500 t/d. Three-stage crushing with one closed circuit process, one-stage roughing, two-stage scavenging, one-stage cleaning and middlings regrinding process, and two-stage dewatering of thickening - filtering for copper concentrate are adopted.
